First you need to terminate the existing trial account. Please make sure to:

• Stop any active compute resources, in your current workspace.
• Terminate any Databricks-associated resources from your cloud account.

Once done, visit the Databricks Community Edition signup page and register using the same email.
If the platform still blocks you from creating a Community Edition account, please raise a ticket with the Databricks Support team.
