I have purchased Databricks via Google Cloud but my order is still pending.
I emailed support and they mentioned that it is pending because "You have not purchased any of the support contracts (business, enhanced, or production support) to move the case to the support queue"
I am just trying to do some self-learnings as I might use Databricks in my next project. Please advise if the case can be moved to the support queue in this case.
I have not purchased anything because I am doing a free trial, the page didn't mention the purchase of any support contracts as mentioned and seen in the image below.
