I am not able to log in to my Databricks free edition account. I tried clearing my cache and logging in from incognito mode but I face the same error (screengrab attached) with Reference ID: d5284105-10d1-4b2f-88df-436ffd3efb72

 

I want to add context: I had an Azure free trial using the same email I use to log into Databricks free edition. I created a small Databricks project for my learning in this free subscription using the Azure Databricks service. The Azure subscription expired on 8th August 2026 and I have since deleted my Azure Subscription associated with this free account.  

I raised a ticket with Databricks Support for this issue on August 5th and got a reference number -  ref:!00D610JGc4.!500Vp0158S5Q:ref.However, even after following up, I still haven't received a response

I recently passed the Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam and wish to take the Databricks Data Engineer Professional and Context Engineer exams. 
Kindly help me resolve this issue as I would like to access Databricks using the free edition for hands on practice.
