I have used both Google sign-in and email OTP and face the same issue.
I think you are right in saying that databricks might not have de-associated my account after the azure subscription deletion as I get the below options while signing in and it shows a residual work account with azure that might be the one associated with the deleted subscription.

But when trying to sign in using "Create a new account", I get the same error as mentioned in my original message.
What should I do to get this residual account deleted from Databricks identity/account?
