I'm currently watching the videos in the "Generative AI Engineering Pathway."
In the "Demo" chapters, it appears that the instructor is explaining based on pre-prepared notebooks (for example, a notebook named "2.1 - Preparing Data for RAG"). Would it be possible to obtain these files?
Thank you in advance.

Hello @Nobuhiko!
The free self-paced courses do not include hands-on labs. If you'd like access to the lab materials, you can consider either of the following options:
- Enroll in the Instructor-Led Training (ILT) course: Provides access to the labs for seven days.
- Get a Databricks Academy Labs subscription: This is Ideal if you’re looking for long-term access. It grants access to a wide range of self-paced courses along with their lab environments for one year.

I have the same frustration: I'm doing the self-paced learning, but find the lack of example Notebooks a setback. I can re-type the code from the videos, which is a useful learning experience in itself, but not all cell contents are shown.
Is there a "suggestions box" somewhere for these courses? If so, could I add the suggestion that course materials could be purchased on a "per-course" basis? i.e. a halfway-house between a full Labs subscription... and nothing 🤔 The current pricing model seems "all or nothing", particularly to those of use who remember a couple of years back when the self-paced courses did come with the training materials included.

Hello @XaviMarti!
You can check in your Partner Academy to see if you already have access to Partner Labs. In the Partner Academy, the Academy Labs subscription is listed as Partner Labs.
If you don’t have access, please reach out to your AE or your Partner Admin, as the subscription is managed at the company level. You can also email partnerops@databricks.com for further assistance.

Hello @Advika !
Could you provide details about "the lab materials"?
Are they just notebooks, or do they include other materials like raw data files to be processed, environment variables (like "DA"), scripts, etc.?
I'm very new to Databricks, so it would be helpful if the materials include comprehensive resources.

Hello @Nobuhiko!
Databricks lab materials mainly consist of interactive notebooks with step-by-step instructions, code, and explanations.
- Notebooks are the main content for step-by-step exercises and instructions, accessed directly within the lab workspace.
- All required raw data is already provided and accessible in your lab environment.
- Key variables (like “DA”) and settings are pre-configured, you don’t need to set up anything manually.
- System scripts automatically set up and configure your environment in the background, you typically won’t interact with these directly.
In all, everything is preloaded, isolated to your lab session, and cleaned up when your time ends. Lab materials are comprehensive and ready-to-use, so you can focus entirely on learning and hands-on practice.
