Hello,
I am trying to create a Supervisor Agent via the web UI, and when starting to try and use it I get the error
Failed to save agent Supervisor Agent is not available. To access this feature, please contact sales
This is despite this preview being enabled:

Hi, this one's a workspace entitlement thing, not something broken in your setup. Agent Bricks (which is what Supervisor Agent is part of) isn't available on Databricks Free Edition. The preview toggle in your settings turns on the UI for it, but saving still checks entitlement server side, and that's where it blocks you with the "contact sales" message. The Free Edition docs list Knowledge Assistant (another Agent Bricks feature) explicitly as unsupported, and Supervisor Agent sits in the same product bucket, so it hits the same wall.
If you want to actually try Supervisor Agent, you'd need a Premium or Enterprise tier workspace with Unity Catalog and serverless compute enabled, plus a serverless usage policy with a nonzero budget attached. A paid trial workspace would get you there faster than pushing on this in Free Edition.

This isn't Databricks Free Edition, it's Premium:
Unity Catalog is enabled:
Serverless works too:
And there is a serverless policy:
Despite all of this, I still get the prompt to contact sales.
This is in uksouth, so I've enabled cross-geo too as per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/databricks/resources/feature-region-support#model-serving-fe...

Thursday
Well @appliable_ai then you might want to open a support ticket/contact your Databricks account team and ask them to enable/fix the Supervisor Agent entitlement on workspace. It works for me, but if I remember correctly I had to reach out to the our account team first.
