At Databricks, our Community members deserve to get a great experience in our forums, with quality answers from the experts. Who better to help out our customers than Databricks employees aka Bricksters!π
To work towards this goal, we created the Community Fellows Program. This recognizes these awesome folks who step up to help customers in the forums with accurate, timely answers. Aside from being incredibly smart, awesome and friendly, they share their precious time and knowledge above and beyond their roles at Databricks to connect with our customers.
It is our internal recognition path for sustained service to the community, with levels that track real contribution. If you notice special badges on their profiles, itβs because Fellows earn exclusive badges that only Bricksters can receive. Thank you to all the incredible Bricksters who continue to support our customers through this program!
Impact since launch
Our Community Fellow Bricksters have posted 332 answers since we kicked this off in September. The weekly volume of Brickster replies reached a new high of 107 last week, up from 30 in the first week!
Leaderboard!
Huge appreciation to everyone contributing to this program! These are basically the coolest Bricksters ya ever gonna meet, so letβs have some HUGE applause for our current participants. This is a cumulative leaderboard since the pilot kicked off in September.

Huge applause to every Fellow who jumps in day after day with timely, thoughtful answers. This is what customer obsessed looks like in action β helping users succeed right when they need us most. And with every post, we continue to raise the bar and bias for action β debating less, doing more, and delivering value faster.
Iβm proud to be a part of this amazing crew. Letβs keep making the Databricks Community the place where customers feel heard, supported, and wicked smaht every step of the way. Onward we go!
Cheers, Louis.

Kudos to the DB team for keeping up with the community, but can you please work on your product as well?
We are experiencing a lot of issues with your paid product: failures, crashes, slow starts and slow performance and the list goes on. Community would appreciate if you can make a stable product. Thx!

Hi there,
I'm sorry you're having a poor experience with Databricks products. That's definitely not the experience we're going for! Unfortunately, in this part of the community it's unlikely the right people will see your comment (this is the announcements section and our product folks are usually in the technical forums). I encourage you to post in one of the technical forums relative to the issues you are seeing and provide more detail so that the issues you're seeing can be surfaced and further investigated. If you're on a paid account, I encourage you to reach out to your account rep so they can also take a look!
All the best, Mandy
