Hi @eduardo_guerra,
That message means GPU-backed Model Serving isn’t enabled for your workspace, and that has to be adjusted by Databricks at the workspace/account level.
To help narrow things down, could you share:
- Which cloud and region it’s in (for example, AWS us-east-1 or Azure westeurope)
- Whether this is a free/trial workspace or a paid one
- Whether your organisation has a Databricks support contract
If your company does have a support contract, the fastest route is to open a case via your Databricks Support portal or from within the workspace UI (Help → Support), including the full error text and your workspace details.
Since you’ve already used the public contact form, the Databricks team should get back to you through that channel... response times can vary a bit.
