Thanks for the quick response.
Here is the information:
- GCP cloud on europe-west3
- We have the premium plan
- We do not have a Databricks support contract. We used this form - https://www.databricks.com/company/contact - to contact sales to get a support contact, but after two days we still don't have a response.
I tried to submit a case, but it keeps pooping up a message saying "You currently do not have access to Help Center."
I appreciate all the help I can get.
