I am still waiting to receive voucher after redeeming points which is due this week

My issue is slots are full to schedule online exam and I have deadline to complete certification in December.

Can I give exam from onsite, visiting a test center? Please guide me with details to register for onsite exam. Your quick response is appreciated.
