@rsamant07  - you could try either one of the below 

1)  Please check the "dbt_databricks_version" and upgrade to 1.5.7 (if it is below 1.5.7) or

2) Downgrade the "databricks_sql_connector_version"  from 3.0.0 to a lower value.
