Hello unable to start using the notebook

I get this error when I run the Databricks training notebook

AssertionError: Failed to create the catalog "***_53sh_da". Please see the "Troubleshooting | Cannot Create Catalog" section of the "Version Info" notebook for more information.
I have provided * where personal info was showing to comment here and ask the question.Can someone please help
