Recently there is a news from DATA +AI summit mentioning Free edition of Databricks platform, how its different from community edition?

Follow up question.

1. Is there any limitation on compute resources.
2. Will it support other cloud services provider apart from AWS, (i.e Azure, GCP, Orcale).
3. How to access the free edition service, by default the last "account"  will take you to the community edition.
