We just released https://github.com/databricks/cli/releases/tag/v0.273.0 with a mitigation for this, the error should disappear if you upgrade. Please try and let us know how it goes.

Terraform fix is in https://github.com/databricks/terraform-provider-databricks/releases/tag/v1.92.0
