I had a similar problem. I could fix following these steps:

1. in the Azure Devops repository: User Settings -> Personal access tokens  -> + New token
2. in Databricks: Settings -> User -> Linked accounts -> Azure Devops (Personal access token)
   You could also try selecting Azure Devops (MSFT entra)  which can work without token, but this option may not be available.
