Hi @RutujaKadam ,

It can be caused by quota on subscription. You can try to increase quota: 

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/quotas/per-vm-quota-requests

Alternatively, you can try to create a computer policy and select different compute type than Standar F4s. How to do that is described in following docs:
