Hi @rwhitepwt,

You’ve done the right checks (serverless enabled, UC connection created, workspace preview toggle on, and you’re account + workspace admin). At this point it does sound like a tenant‑specific flag/rollout issue, so a support ticket is the right next step.

To open a Databricks support case... From within the workspace, click your user icon → Contact Support and follow the in‑product flow (this is the preferred path if your org has a Databricks Support contract) or go to the Databricks Help Center at  https://help.databricks.com/s/ and log in to create a case.
