One of the constraints is that I cannot change any objects on the source. I was hoping that UC and the federation engine could handle any internal constraints automatically by creating the needed mapping layer. I guess this is not easily handled since the limiting condition is within UC and that this translation would have to happen before UC?

We will have to go with the spark jdbc, but I was hoping for a simple hands-off setup using tf `databricks_connection`.
