What you are seeing is likely a classic staged UI rollout. Databricks frequently pushes updates such as the aggregated error code metrics on the Job Runs page using user-level feature flags or testing cohorts. Because these flags can be evaluated at the individual user ID level, it is common for two users in the exact same workspace to see different UI variants during a dev cycle.
You may want to first confirm if the feature is manually exposed to you. Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the workspace, go to Settings, and check the Developer or Preview features tab. Occasionally, new Workflows UI enhancements are placed there as opt-in toggles before they become the default. If no toggle is available, your user account is in a later rollout bucket. You can open a Databricks support ticket and explicitly request to enable the feature flag for your user ID - reference the "Error code failure metrics filter on the Job Runs page" and tell that other users in your workspace already have it. Otherwise, these phased UI rollouts typically appear automatically within a few weeks as the feature matures to general availability.
