Limit resource when create cluster in Databricks on AWS platform

that issues become from your aws account not yet completed verification during create account.

@Gam Nguyen​ This doesn't seem like a Databricks issue. It is coming from AWS. Please verify your AWS account. Try creating an EC2 instance on your AWS account by logging in to the AWS account and check if that works.

Thanks all your answer. The problem come from AWS side. Don't know why the first ticket they said that the issue didn't come from AWS 😅
