I am writing to request the rescheduling of my Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam, which was scheduled on 08th August 2024 1.30 am IST. Unfortunately, due to power outage and heavy rains at my locality, I was unable to take the exam on the planned date. I want to reschedule this exam to the next immediate available slot. Even I did not receive any remainder mail about the exam and also the time zone was not mentioned clearly leading to confusion.

Furthermore, I am currently experiencing financial hardships, making it difficult for me to afford the rescheduling fees. In light of these challenging circumstances, I respectfully request that the rescheduling fees be waived.

I appreciate your understanding and consideration during this difficult time.
