I am writing to express my urgent concern regarding the status of my exam rescheduling request. I submitted the request over 17 hours ago and have yet to receive a response.

I was nearing completion of my exam when my session was unexpectedly suspended. Obtaining this certification is crucial for me, and this unexpected interruption has caused significant inconvenience and stress.

I kindly request an immediate update on the status of my rescheduling request.
