I've successfully passed Databricks Data Engineer Associate Certified exam but still have not received the certificate.

I had completed the exam on 14-10-2025

It has been more than 4 days now (17-10-24) have been logged and sent out multiple follow up mails but no one has replied till the date. Please find below ticket details

This is very worst behaviour I have never seen, I would request databricks team management to get trained from "Microsoft" team how they are organising the exams and issues.
