Vouchers are generally available if you are with a partner organization (e.g. Booz Allen, Deloitte, etc).  If you are with a partner org then you would need to open a ticket requesting the voucher.  You can do that here.  Please use your work email in your ticket, we validate that the domain is in fact an official partner of Databricks.
