Vouchers are generally available if you are with a partner organization (e.g. Booz Allen, Deloitte, etc). If you are with a partner org then you would need to open a ticket requesting the voucher. You can do that here. Please use your work email in your ticket, we validate that the domain is in fact an official partner of Databricks. Hope this helps.
