 I am facing the same issue today, Nov 16th 2024!  I have raised the ticket in the help center for clarification and verification with # 00567683. 

Please help with the reason for the suspension of Assessment, could be due to unaware mistake of certain requirement. Please help me to reschedule it at the earliest after the investigation in the testing center instead of online test process which is unclear
