Hello @Cert-TeamOPS ,
I haven’t received a response yet regarding my request to reschedule the exam, It's more than 48hrs. On the exam day, the session was paused due to technical issues. The camera screen went blank, and although I followed the proctor's instructions to show the exam area, they couldn’t see it due to the issue, leading to the suspension of my exam.
Since this was caused by a platform/technical issue, I kindly request the exam to be rescheduled at the earliest. It's urgent.
