Hello Databricks Team,

I took the Databricks Data Analyst certification exam today (March 10, 2025). As per the test instructions, I was required to have a government ID and smartphone handy for verification. However, the platform never verified my documents and immediately launched the exam.

During the examination, the proctor then requested me to show my surroundings and desk, after which my exam was suspended.

I have raised a ticket with Databricks Support (Ticket #00630888, Ref: !00D610JGc4.!500Vp0L3a9K:ref) regarding this issue. Additionally, I would like to highlight that the instructions provided before the exam were contradictory and misleading. I request the Databricks team to review these guidelines for better clarity. They informed to keep a document and mobile handy, however suspended my exam stating i voilated the policy.

I am available to retake the exam between 9 AM - 5 PM PST at the earliest convenience. Please let me know the next steps.
