The links you post to view behavioral consideration and room requirements require the user to log in to Kryterion, and I've yet to see how to even create an account with them. I'd like to schedule my exam attempt immediately and I am very frustrated to see how Databricks has essentially done nothing other than ask people to raise a ticket to combat this seemingly VERY common occurrence. I've taken several other online proctored exams and have never had any issues prior to this morning. Maybe you should have folks ready to assist in real time rather than deferring to your 48 hour regular response time for support tickets. Disappointed is an understatement.
