If there was such a program, it was completely unknown to me, and I believe it also should've been flagged by your proctoring service prior to allowing me to launch the exam. I am happy to retry the certification exam on a different laptop to avoid this issue in the future, however I'd like to know the specific software that was flagged by your system so that I may report it to my organization and prevent the same headache for my coworkers.
