I encountered multiple interruptions and challenges while attempting my certification Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate certification exam, leading to its suspension. My exam was originally scheduled for 2nd April 2025, at 1300H Asia/Calcutta. However, when I launched the exam, it was suspended due to technical issues from Webassessor. The exam was then rescheduled to 2nd April 2025 at 1930H Asia/Calcutta, but it failed to launch again. It was rescheduled once more to 2000H, at which point I was able to complete some questions, but the exam was suspended after 10-15 minutes.

During this time, I attempted to communicate with the proctor via the support chat window, but the "send" button was not functioning, preventing me from replying to their messages. Additionally, I was asked to switch off any air conditioning or fan in the room, which added to the discomfort. The exam was rescheduled again to 2115H, and as soon as I was able to view the questions, I was abruptly interrupted. The proctor asked me to show my desk and, after viewing it, made multiple requests. They informed me that my exam would be suspended again.

This entire experience was highly frustrating and distressing, and I believe the process was unfair, causing unnecessary stress and disrupting my concentration.

Given these circumstances, I kindly request that my certification exam be rescheduled to the earliest possible date. I trust that my request is reasonable, considering the challenges I faced during the exam.

Please resolve this issue as a priority.
