Hello team,

My exam got suspended with out any mistake from my side on 13th April 2025 at 3:30 Am IST.

I have raised the support request 00649379 on 13th April 2025 due to my health issues I didn't checked my mail and this request was closed.

Yesterday i.e., on 16th April 2025 I have responded to the mail which stated the tickets was closed for rescheduling the exam on 26th April 2025 at 3:45pm IST but I didn't received any mail. So that I have raised another support request Request NO : 00651384 and ref no is

And I also follow up for this.

Kindly please check and respond to the mail on higher priority as it is very important to do certification for my career and I am fully prepared for it.
