Due to the sudden demise of a family member, I was unable to log in and start the exam at the scheduled time. I attempted to launch the assessment 30 minutes late, but I received the following message:

"Your Assessment must be launched at your scheduled Testing Time. The scheduled Testing Time has now passed. Please contact your Program Manager for information on re-scheduling your Assessment."

Given the unforeseen circumstances, I kindly request your support in rescheduling the assessment at the earliest possible date or even today, if feasible, as per IST time
