Urgent: Request for Exam Rescheduling and Clarification on Suspension – Gen AI Associate Exam

Dear Databricks Certification Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to express my concern regarding the suspension of my Databricks Generative AI Associate exam, which was scheduled on 22nd June 2025 at 10:15 PM IST. The exam was unexpectedly cancelled by the proctoring team, and I was not provided with any clear reason or evidence for this action.
I would like to clarify that:
  • I did not engage in any unfair practices during the exam.
  • Due to the length of the questions, I had to move my eyes across the screen to read them fully, which may have been misinterpreted.
  • My ID verification was not completed, and my passport was kept beside me for verification purposes.[May I know why it was not completed by the vendor they didn't do any verification of ID and started with exam directly]
Given the high cost of the exam (₹20,000 INR), this situation has caused me significant distress. I respectfully request:
  1. A detailed explanation and any evidence regarding the reason for the suspension.
  2. Immediate assistance in rescheduling my exam.
My preferred reschedule option is:
  • Mode: Onsite Proctored
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Date: Tuesday, 24th June 2025
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM IST
I kindly ask you to treat this request as high priority and assist me in resolving this issue at the earliest convenience.

I received a response from databricks team related to sharing voucher code for onsite proctored exam. But even after replying i didn't get any response. could you please look into this and get the response to me soon.
