Thanks for the below clarification.

The terminology has gone through a name change, 
     

• Delta Lake is now  Lakeflow Connect
• Databricks Workflows is now Lakeflow Jobs
• Delta Live Table is now Lakeflow Declarative Pipelines

In this case, learning the above topics will be sufficient / good for the  "Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate certification". Please clarify.
