I am facing same issue since last two days and tried today also following all the steps deleting account and create new one, clearing cookies, different browsers, different cards etc.   But still not able to register for the test, the payment page is failing.

Anyone trying to certify should focus on learning and practicing but not the other way around struggling with registration and following up with databricks or webassessor/Kryterion.  Even I spent time calling my bank customer service assuming that my issue was with my card.

Moreover, the test is not free, and it is priced at $200.  We not only spend on test fee, also spend on training courses.

After doing all this and trying to clear the test to validate ourselves, the drama starts.

not able to register for the test, then reach out to webassessor/Kryterion, they say reach out to databricks and get coupon or whatever.  Then databricks takes their own sweet time and says to reach out to webassessor/Kryterion.

What a nonsense

The time spent by doing all these useless follow ups is not visible also not valued.  I spent more time on trying to register for the test than preparing for it.  Even though it costs me money.

I absolutely wasted my time and efforts and frustrated trying to register for the test.

I don't understand one thing clearly, companies build big, popular and innovative products but how they don't solve these silly problems with knowledge certification platforms which certify knowledge and skills against their products.

Yeah! I really don't understand 🙂
