I have faced this issue. Please help me reschedule my exam. It is very stressful not getting to complete my exam this way. 
I have just filed a ticket #00706370. 
To help expedite the rescheduling process, I am available on these dates (All CDT timezones)
Friday, August 1st between 06:00 PM and 09:00 PM
Monday, August 4th between 06:00 PM and 09:00 PM
