Hello, I have a support ticket already raised: #00705842 but I'm hoping posting here can help fast track this too

I had a Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam booked today for 2:30, logged on to make sure I'd be able to launch it and it said the time had already passed. After talking to Kryterion support I learned it was scheduled for 2:30AM! 

I had no idea and would really appreciate any support in getting this rescheduled asap
