My exam was schedule on 14th July 2025, but i didn't got any e-mail confirmation for exam scheduled, as well when i try to check on portal it was showing previously but later it's not showing as well. If i try to schedule exam again, its shows voucher is already used. but exam didn't happen. 

I want to schedule exam on same voucher as exam didn't happen/launched.

Dear Team,

I have faced the suspended exam issue , due to environment violation but I have showed everything around and my desk has been kept empty. I am a human so I was obviously showing little motion and they suspended it . I have raised a ticket to reschedule my exam as soon as possible through help center.

Hi @Cert-Team and @cert-ops, I’m writing about my certification for Associate Spark Developer exam which I gave on 27th of July that was suspended today due to reaching the maximum alert limit. I’m really hoping you can review my case because I honestly didn’t cheat, and I think there’s been a misunderstanding.

I got alerts during the exam, and the second one came right when I had finished answering all questions and was about to hit submit. The proctor asked me to show my room and desk, which I did immediately.

I've raised the ticket : #00707374 and I've explained my case in detail in the mail along with photos of my workstation.
