I hope this message finds you well. My Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam was suspended due to some technical issue, and I raised a ticket (ID: 00711721) regarding the same. The ticket mentioned resume/rescheduling my exam from the remaining questions. Despite providing my preferred date and time for rescheduling, I have not received any confirmation or available time slots.

I kindly request that my exam be rescheduled as soon as possible, preferably by 11.00PM IST on 7th or 9th of Aug 2025, so I can complete the remaining questions and I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance.
