My Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional exam (scheduled on September 6, 2025, 16:15 PM EST) was suspended after being paused several times. First of all, it took almost 20 minutes to take my photo after contacting the Kryterion support team and multiple system restarts. After that, first couple of pauses were due to the issue that the proctor was not able to see my full face, but later I was asked to show my room multiple times in the same setting. I am using a desktop with camera mounted on it. Each time I complied, and the proctor confirmed everything was fine. There was only one mistake from my side that my phone rang once during the test, so I had to show the proctor my phone’s location using the webcam (phone was way beyond my reach during the assessment). As instructed by the proctor, I left my seat and switched off the phone and shown the location again to the proctor. I have completed 64 out of 65 questions and was about to submit the assessment, that time the exam got suspended.

I took instructor led training from Databricks and prepared myself for the assessment but now I am really worried about this situation, as I followed all the proctor's instructions carefully. Could you please review this case and advise whether my exam can be resumed or rescheduled as soon as possible?
