Hi Team, @data_help , @helpdesk
I have missed the certification exam schedule. I thought it was planned for 1:30PM instead of 1:30AM. Is there any possibility this can be rescheduled to any time tomorrow? I have already filed a ticket in your support system but have not received any response yet. My email that I used for exam registration is jkratky@profinit.eu.
Thanks in advance for any comments. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you already did the best thing you could do in this case - you filled a ticket to support. It takes some time until you get reply - but they always reply. So, be patient and I hope you will be able to reschedule your exam.
