Thank you for your response. I have already raised tickets with the support team regarding my suspended exam — Ticket IDs: [ref:!00D610JGc4.!500Vp0b59YX:ref], [ref:!00D610JGc4.!500Vp0b9tT1:ref] (latest one filed today).
Unfortunately, I haven’t received any resolution yet, and my exam remains suspended. I faced repeated technical issues during my Databricks Data Engineer Associate Exam, and despite reaching out promptly, the issue persisted and led to the suspension.
This certification is extremely important for me, and the problems were completely beyond my control. I kindly request your support in escalating this matter or helping me get my exam rescheduled as soon as possible.
Your quick assistance and understanding would mean a lot to me.
