My exam was suspended during the system check, before I was able to join the test. While verifying my camera and microphone, the exam was auto-suspended without any warning or explanation.
The check-in process took approximately 10 minutes, and shortly after that I received the suspension message. I did not begin the exam or violate any exam rules.
I have already raised a support ticket (ticket number: #00813578). I kindly request that you review this issue and advise on the next steps.
