Hi @Cert-Team and @cert-ops,
My exam is also suspended at the very beginning of my exam(when clicked on start exam), the exam was auto-suspended without any warning or explanation. All the system check and environment checks has been completed,

The check-in process took approximately 10 minutes, and shortly after that I received the suspension message. I did not begin the exam or violate any exam rules.
I have already raised a support ticket (ticket number: #00833828). I kindly request that you review this issue and advise on the next steps.
