Passed Databricks Certification – Certificate Not Visible in Credentials Portal

Hello Databricks Certification Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I recently appeared for the Databricks certification exam and successfully passed it on [23/01/25 – Friday]. However, as of today, I am unable to see my certification or badge in the Databricks Credentials portal, and I have not received any confirmation email.

Here are my details for reference:

  • Exam Name: Databricks Data Engineer Associate

  • Exam Date: 23/01/25

  • Email Used for Exam Registration: rehanlukade@gmail.com

I have logged in to https://credentials.databricks.com using the same email ID, but the certification is not yet visible.

Could you please help me verify the status of my certification and advise on when I can expect the certificate and badge to be available?

Hi, I already logged the ticket on 28/1/26, But I haven't got any update yet
