I am facing the same issue. 

I am unable to access my Webassessor account for Databricks certification. I had originally registered using my organization email address, but I have forgotten my password. When I try to reset it, I do not receive any password reset email in my inbox or spam folders.

I have already raised a ticket on this but there is no update yet.

I have scheduled my exam on 17th March. Now I am not sure how to take the exam as I am not able access to the account.

Can you please look into this at earliest.
