Hi @cert-ops and @Cert-Team,

My exam was suspended on March 21, 2026 due to a technical issue — LockDown Browser OEM showed a blank screen when I clicked "Start Exam." After waiting ~20 minutes with no response, I had to exit. When I re-entered, Webassessor had already expired the launch link.

All system checks were completed prior to this. I did not begin the exam or violate any rules.

I have already raised a support ticket: #00876693. I kindly request a prompt review and reschedule at the earliest availability.
