I am seeking assistance regarding reschedulng exam support ticket - 00924454. 
I had scheduled my Databricks Gen AI Engineer Associate exam for 24 May at 10:45 AM, but I mistakenly assumed the exam was scheduled for 10:45 PM. Due to this misunderstanding, I unfortunately missed the exam appointment. I have already raised a support ticket requesting a reschedule, as this certification is very important for my career progression.  Thank you for your understanding and support.
