I previously raised a support request regarding a Webassessor/Kryterion account issue preventing me from scheduling a Databricks certification exam. Kryterion support redirected me to Databricks support. I submitted the form and received the confirmation email, but have not received further updates for 72+ hours. Could someone advise on escalation or expected resolution time?

@Techie007 - I just tried and works for me - try using a different device and network. If the issue still persists work with support team again. Hope it gets working for you soon.

The issue is basically related to my old Webassessor account/email and I may need the account reset/deleted/disassociated before I can book the cert test.
